When you apply for a new product or service, we will indicate in the application or agreement how we intend to use your information. We will indicate clearly which information would help us to serve you but is optional for you to provide. We obtain most of our information about you directly from you. At the time you begin a relationship with us and during the course of our relationship, we may collect information about you. The information we ask for depends on which product or service you want. For every product or service, we need your name, address, occupation, your child's name, health card information and some identification. Here is why we need some of the information we ask you to provide:
We need your name and date of birth in order to authenticate you and confirm your relation with the child(ren) mentioned on your contract.
Employer name and phone number. We collect this information and safely keep it on file to be used in case of an emergency in respect to your child(ren)'s contracted services.
Health Card Information This is required by Children's Hospital to quickly provide services in case of an emergency.
It is also important for the safety of your child and other children in our care to know about allergies, chronic disease or any condition that may require extra attention. See our Contract for detailed information.
We keep absolute confidentiality about any medical conditions you share with us. We will never discriminate anyone due to existent or past medical condition.

Our Email Policy
Our affiliates and we fully comply with national laws regarding SPAM. You can always opt out of receipt of further email correspondence from us and/or our affiliates. We agree that we will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third-party without your permission.
